I have owned my Global Xplorer for 15 months now and still very happy. From the outset I was told that there would be some "teething problems" and to get out and use it to give the vehicle a good shakedown. Yes there were some problems (nothing major) but they were fixed promptly by the excellent staff at AAV.Initially Scott, then Kym and Brett have been second to none on their help, advice and friendly smile regarding the use and upkeep of the vehicle. I can not speak highly enough of their professional service. All other Recreational Vehicle suppliers could take a leaf out of AAV's book on quality and service.Keep up the great work.

I can highly recommend AAV. All the staff are friendly and Brett was very accomodating after we discovered some minor mechanical issues when changing our tyres. Its one of those workshops were you can see everyone is working hard, but they are doing it with a smile on their face !Plus the balancing of our new 37 inch SS tyres is the best we have had to date (this is our 4th set).Well done AAV we will be back

Thanks to Kym, Andrew, Bob and the team at Australian Adventure Vehicles (AAV) for a fantastic experience through the purchase and build of our Global Xplorer.From our first discussion on the vehicle, its options and layout, it was clear that this is a well-designed and very capable off grid package for a variety of conditions. Access to Kym and the team through the selection of options and their benefits was quick and simple. What’s also important was knowing that these products have been used and tested by the team in real situations and we were able to include additional new items as they became available through our design/build.The vehicle handover was very informative and AAV’s warranty and replacement of supplier’s defective items was seamless. My wife and I are in the process of getting a global explorer. Kim and Andrew have been absolutely fabulous assisting us with understanding the capabilities of the vehicle. Andrew and Kim have listened to our future plans, and through this have been able to suggest extras that will suit our needs.They have been amazing at answering all our questions, and always happy to answer a call as we are in different states, so can’t just pop over to the shop.We look forward to collecting our truck in December, and starting our adventure.
